Sales increase of 300% over original goal with demonstrated ROI
Manufacturer of high tech automobile equipment was introducing a new OEM Infotainment System. Our client wanted to incent the purchase of the navigation option as well as train the dealer sales people on all of the features of this new, first of its kind, system.
Working with select regional offices, a gamified Spin & Win training program was implemented using our product launch sales training program . Each time an incentivized unit was sold, sales people would “Spin for Points” online after answering training questions. Points earned were redeemed for program rewards.
Dealer orders shifted dramatically to the newer, more profitable navigation unit. Dealer Sales Managers appreciated both the awards and the extra training, which assisted them in the sell through of the new product on the local level. The manufacturer was happy with the engagement that was achieved with the dealers and the program helped meet company sales goals for the launch.
